Tilly HW Treatment

I heard the coolest thing today as I calmly posed for my glamour shots amongst all the swarming shelter porch cats. One of the staff stopped by to say hi and she commented, "What beautiful eyes. I see a pale blue crescent shaped moon in her otherwise brown right eye." I gave the worker a fast little smile ( I am a bit shy so these are hard to come by) and was so very glad someone had noticed. The shelter life has not really agreed with me so I have been hiding out in my igloo ever since I got here. Some friendly lady with a pink ballcap on today said I "had" to go with her, so while quivering, I quietly allowed her to scoop me up and off we went for some socializing. We hung out for a while and with just a little amount of time, I was going nose to nose with her. She kept reassuring me by saying how sweet, beautiful and loving I was and that I was a very special little lady. In returning to my kennel, I was all pumped up to share with my two roommates my adventure of the day!
