Harriet has Rescue!!!!
HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY DANCE!!!! Sweet Harriet who has been waiting at the shelter for her second chance at life since JULY 10th is finally confirmed for rescue! She will be leaving the shelter very soon! Thanks again everyone for not giving up hope on Harriet. It's because of all of her supporters that she was given the extra time she needed at the shelter to find safe placement. I simply cannot tell you how thrilled that I am that she is finally LEAVING THE SHELTER LIFE BEHIND!!!! :)

Update on Harriet
Here is an updated picture of Harriet that was taken today. It's obvious how BEAUTIFUL that she is! It looks like she is wearing permanent eye shadow and mascara!!!! She also looks pretty sad at the shelter. She really needs a loving home or rescue to go to. In the mean time, it's REALLY IMPORTANT that we get her basic vetting fully sponsored as well as her heartworm treatment. This way when someone comes calling for her, she will be more than ready to go! Please help us to get Harriet moved along to a happy ending!
Harriet Needs Help!
Harriet is a gorgeous girl who is currently at the Darlington County Humane Society in Darlington, SC. She has tested positive for heartworm. We would like to raise enough money to have her treated for heartworm, to have her spayed, vaccinated, and dewormed. Having her fully vetted and hw treated will make her much more appealing to rescues. We hope that this will encourage an approved rescue to pull Harriet from the shelter and find her a warm loving home. Please help us to help Harriet by donating for her medical expenses. DCHS is a 501c3 organization so donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
